Q: What are the prices for a class?

A: Two hour classes are offered for $35 and three hour classes for $45. Some Family Friendly classes are offered for $25-$35 at least once per month.

 

Q: When do you post a new monthly schedule?

A: The calendar is posted around the 15th of every month.

 

Q: Will my painting be dry by the end of the night?

A: Yes, if there are a few damp places we will have hair dryers which will dry them quickly.

 

Q: At what time should I arrive for class?

A: Fifteen to thirty minutes would be plenty of lead time.

 

Q: Do you do reserved seating?

A: Yes we actually recommend reserving ahead of time because we fill up quicky.

 

Q: Will you supply wine openers, cups, plates, silverwear, etc?

A: We only supply wine openers and ice buckets.

 

Q: Since it is around dinner, can we bring food?

A: Yes, feel free to bring in snacks and drinks.

 

Q: What do I wear?

A: Whatever is comfortable (disclaimer: the paint does not come off your clothes) but we supply aprons for you.

 

Q: Do I need a reservation and what happens with No Shows?

A: We do require reservations with payment to secure seats but walk ins are always welcomed if there's availability. No calls/no shows will not be issued store credit nor refunds.

 

Q: Do you do private parties?

A: Yes, we can accommodate private parties. You may call our office at 954-533-6181 or go to Party Request on our website.

 

Q: What size is the canvas?

A: We use a 16 x 20 inch canvas.

 

Q: Is there an age limit?

A: Events after 6pm should be ages 18+. Ages 7+ will ONLY be permitted in events BEFORE 6pm. *NO EXCEPTIONS* NO CHILD UNDER 7 WILL BE PERMITTED IN STUDIO DURING ANY EVENT. ***NO EXCEPTIONS*** Kids Parties are for ages 7+ only (two Non Painting Chaperones will be Permitted per group of 10) ($15 Sitting Fee will be required for all Non-Painters for all events no exceptions) ***Please note that it is the law that you have to be 21 years old to consume alcoholic beverages and take full responsibility when hosting a party at our studio.***

 

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: We do not offer refunds all cancellations will be issued store credit. Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants do will be notified as soon as possible or at least 24 hours prior to class time and will be given the opportunity to attend a future class or a Gift Certificate will be issued. (No refunds).

 

Q. What about the music?

A. We supply the music. Streaming of Todays Top Hits (Or you may play your own music during Private Parties ONLY)* *Caution* Music may be loud.
